Run the whole charter operation from one portal.
Sable Charter is licensed software for charter management companies. Your team quotes and runs trips; your clients book and pay; your crew see their flights; your jet owners see exactly what each aircraft earned. One sign-in each, your brand on all of it.
Built for everyone on the trip.
Most charter software is built for the office. Sable Charter gives the office its tools and gives clients, crew and owners a portal of their own, all on the same trip record.
Management
Fleet, trips, quotes, work orders, vendors, finances and your company’s brand. Build a quote for a whole itinerary, send it, watch it get accepted and paid, and see earnings and profit per flight.
Clients
Their upcoming trips with crew and catering, a request-a-trip form, the quote to accept by card or wire, changes and messages to the crew, a travel map, and Instagram-ready images of their travels with your name on them.
Jet owners
What each aircraft earned on charter and what it cost to run, by month, quarter or year, and a profit statement for every paid trip: contracted revenue share, costs, their net.
Crew
Trips they’re assigned to with passengers and notes, their profile and languages, and tips from clients paid out to them directly.
From request to owner statement.
Request
A client asks for a trip from their portal, or you start from a call. It lands in your requests inbox with dates, passengers and preferences.
Quote
Build the itinerary: legs, jet, passengers. The estimate, your margin and the owner’s profit update as you type. Send one quote for the whole trip.
Accept and pay
The client opens the quote from the email, accepts by card or wire, and everyone on the trip is told. Management confirms the wire when it clears.
Fly
Crew are assigned, catering and ground transport go to vendors as work orders, and the client sees it all on their trip page.
Statement
The owner’s PDF statement is issued automatically once the trip is paid, and their fleet totals update.
The same trip, from every seat.
Pick a view. Sample company and figures from the demo; your portal carries your name, logo and colors.

What makes it a management platform, not another calendar.
Quote builder at industry rates
Lay out the legs and the jet. Block time, positioning to and from base, daily minimums, landing and handling, crew overnights and the 7.5% federal excise tax with segment fees are priced automatically from current averages. Change any rate before you send.
Behind the price
Every quote shows the operating cost, the owner’s share and profit, your share and your costs before the client ever sees it. Price with your margin in view, not after the fact.
Multi-leg itineraries
A round trip, a three-city week or a one-way: one itinerary, one quote, one card on the trips page, with every leg checked against the jet’s schedule so nothing double-books.
Owner statements, issued when paid
The moment a wire is confirmed or a card clears, the owner gets a professional PDF statement: who booked it, where the jet went, revenue share, costs and net. It stays in their Finances tab to read and download.
Email from your own mailbox
Quotes, acceptances, receipts, new requests and statements go out from your company’s Microsoft 365 mailbox, in your brand, with a button that opens the trip. Nothing routes through a third-party mail service.
Your brand, your address
Each licensed company gets its own portal: name, logo, accent color, support contact and, if you like, your own web address with a branded sign-in page.
Each company’s data stays its own.
Operators, their clients and their owners are all on one platform, so the rules about who sees what are enforced where the data lives, not just on the screen.
A licensed company sees only the trips, aircraft, clients and finances it entered. No company can see another’s, and only Sable Labs sees across the platform, for support.
Management, client, crew and owner permissions are database rules. A client sees their trips; an owner sees their aircraft; crew see their assignments.
There is no public sign-up. People get in when the company invites them, and an invitation can be withdrawn at any time.
Card details never touch the portal. Wires are confirmed by your team, and every payment and refund is recorded against the quote.
Trips, quotes, payments and statements carry a record of who changed what and when.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Ask for the current security overview on the demo, or send your vendor questionnaire.
Licensed per company, set up around your operation.
One license covers your management team, your clients, your crew and your owners, with no per-seat counting. Setup includes your fleet and home bases, revenue-share terms per aircraft, your rates, your brand and your web address. Pricing is discussed on the demo, once we’ve seen your fleet and how you quote.
SMS in 90 days, before the May 28, 2027 deadline.
Every Part 135 certificate holder must have a working Safety Management System and a Declaration of Compliance filed by May 28, 2027. We implement all four Part 5 subparts inside the portal, where your trips, crew and aircraft already are, at a fixed price.
Questions operators ask.
Is this a scheduling tool or a sales tool?
Both, in one place. Management builds and sends the quote, the client accepts and pays, the legs land on the trips page with crew and work orders attached, and the owner statement is produced from the same record. One trip, one source of truth, from request to payout.
How does pricing work when every operator prices differently?
The quote builder starts from current industry averages by jet class, with per-model rates where they’re well known. Every line is editable on every quote, and your defaults are set up with you during onboarding. Nothing goes to a client at a rate you didn’t choose.
Can a client see other companies’ trips, or can we see theirs?
No. Each licensed company sees only the data it entered, enforced in the database rather than hidden on screen. Clients, crew and owners see only the trips and aircraft they’re part of.
What does the owner get, and when?
A statement per paid trip (contracted revenue share, the trip’s costs, their net) plus fleet totals by month, quarter or year. Statements are issued only once the trip is paid, so owners never see a figure that could still change.
Do we have to use card payments?
No. Clients can accept by wire and your team confirms it when it lands; card acceptance is available if you want it. Either way, the receipt and the owner statement follow the payment.
How long does setup take?
Fleet, home bases, revenue-share terms, your rates and your brand go in first, then you invite your team, clients, crew and owners. A typical company is live within a couple of weeks of the demo.
