Terms and Conditions
Effective October 24, 2026. These terms apply when you use sablelabs.tech, the Sable Pricing app, the Sable Charter portal or the Gov RFQ Service. By using them, or by paying for a service, you agree to these terms.
Who you are dealing with
The services are provided by Sable Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Sable Labs,” “we,” “us”). If you use a service for a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that company. A signed order form or separate written agreement with us takes priority over these terms where they conflict.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details and two-step codes private and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your company’s workspace. You must give accurate information and be at least 18.
Subscriptions (Sable Pricing)
Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually, at the price shown when you subscribe. A company’s first subscription may include a free trial; if you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and your payment method is charged. Seat changes are prorated. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from Team → Billing, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it or we say otherwise in writing. Prices exclude taxes, which we will add where required.
Gov RFQ Service
Packages are quoted at a flat fee. A 50% deposit starts the work and the balance is due on delivery of the review copy. If you decide not to continue after receiving the gap list, we refund half of the deposit and you keep the gap list. Rush fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for reviewing, signing and submitting every package, and for the accuracy of the information, pricing and certifications you give us and sign. We do not submit on your behalf, we do not take a percentage of any award, and we cannot guarantee that any bid will be accepted or awarded.
Sable Charter
Sable Charter is licensed to charter and aircraft management companies under a separate agreement. Charter flights are arranged and operated by the operator, not by Sable Labs, and the operator is responsible for its flights, pricing, regulatory compliance and its own terms with passengers and owners.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the services: no breaking the law, infringing others’ rights, uploading malware, trying to get around security or access limits, scraping or overloading the services, reselling access without our permission, or using the services to build a competing product. We may suspend access that puts the services or other users at risk.
Your data and our property
You keep ownership of the data and content you put into the services, and you give us permission to host and process it to provide and support the services. Deliverables we prepare for you under a paid Gov RFQ package are yours to use once paid for. The software, design, text and branding of our website and products belong to Sable Labs. If you send us feedback or ideas, including through the idea intake, we may use them without obligation to you unless we agree otherwise in writing. Confidentiality
We treat the non-public business information you share with us, such as solicitation documents, pricing and deal data, as confidential, and use it only to provide the services.
Disclaimers
The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Pricing calculations, quotes, gap lists and other outputs are tools to support your decisions; you remain responsible for checking them and for the decisions you make. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Sable Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or awards, and our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or do not pay. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability, continue after access ends.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the services after a change means you accept it. Questions go to support@sablelabs.tech.
