Privacy Policy
Effective October 24, 2026. This policy explains what Sable Labs collects when you use sablelabs.tech, app.sablelabs.tech and our services, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Sable Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Sable Labs,” “we,” “us”), runs the website at sablelabs.tech, the Sable Pricing app at app.sablelabs.tech, the Sable Charter portal and the Gov RFQ Service. Questions about this policy go to support@sablelabs.tech.
What we collect
What you send us. When you fill in a form (contact, demo request, gap-list request, sample request or idea intake) we receive what you type: your name, email, and, if you give them, your company, phone number, business type, team size and message. If you buy a service or subscribe, we receive your billing contact details; card and bank details are entered on Stripe’s pages and handled by Stripe, not stored by us.
Account and product data. If you have an account on Sable Pricing or Sable Charter, we store your profile (name, email, role, company) and the work you put into the product, such as deals, quotes, trips and documents, so the product can do its job. We keep an audit log of significant account changes for security.
Usage data. We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how the website and apps are used: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and on the website, which buttons and links are clicked and that a form was submitted. We do not record your screen or what you type into forms through these tools. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to run and protect the service.
Private links. If we send you a private link, such as a gap note prepared for your company or a link to one of our service pages, we record when the page is opened or its buttons are used, with the approximate location and browser type, so we know the note reached you.
How we use it
To answer your inquiry and deliver what you asked for; to run, secure and improve our website and products; to send service emails such as acknowledgments, receipts and account notices; to bill for paid services; and, if you request a sample or gap list, to send an occasional note about relevant federal opportunities, which you can stop at any time with the unsubscribe link in each email. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We use service providers who process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), Google Analytics and PostHog (analytics) and Google Fonts (typefaces loaded by the website). We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business. Data is stored and processed in the United States.
Cookies and similar technology
Google Analytics and PostHog set cookies or use your browser’s local storage to tell repeat visits apart. The apps use local storage to keep you signed in. When you first visit sablelabs.tech, a notice tells you about the analytics cookies. Choose Decline there, or use Cookie settings in the footer at any time, and we stop analytics on the website and in our apps and remember your choice for a year in a small cookie. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a decline. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings too, and Google offers an opt-out add-on for Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Declining analytics does not stop the website from working.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for following up and for our business records. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after you close it, except where we must keep records longer for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to support@sablelabs.tech. We will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them as required.
Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls in the database, two-step sign-in for accounts and an audit log of sensitive changes. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at support@sablelabs.tech if you suspect a problem.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed, and significant changes will be announced on this page or by email to account holders.
