Sable Law · Working intake model · Prepared for your firm

Your contact form, answered in seconds, all the way to a signed client

You play two parts. On the left, you're someone who just filled out the your firm contact form. On the right, you're the attorney on call. Pick a case type to try. The text assistant runs live, and nothing reaches a client until you approve it.

How it would connect at your firm

Your contact form (same fields you use today) → intake service on the firm's own accounts
→ AI assistant asks one question at a time by text, using a script you approve
→ facts land in your case system (Filevine, Litify, CASEpeer or similar)
→ on-call attorney gets a text with one approve or decline button
→ e-signature sends your agreement and Statement of Client's Rights
→ signed copy comes back, matter opens, first tasks are assigned

Guardrails in the script

  • Replies only to people who contacted the firm. It never reaches out to accident victims.
  • Says it is automated and not a lawyer. Never judges the claim, values it, or says a deadline has passed.
  • Works out the Florida filing deadline from the incident date (two years for negligence claims arising on or after March 24, 2023) and flags it for the attorney to confirm.
  • Flags first treatment more than 14 days after a car crash, commercial or government defendants, adjuster contact and prior counsel.
  • No agreement or decline goes out without an attorney's approval. Every message is logged on the matter.
